How can I book your staff for my event?

It is a simple process that will take you 3 steps:

1. First, get a customized quote.

2. Read our Terms and Conditions of Service.

3. Provide payment.

What type of events does TLC Event Staffing cater?

Whether you are hosting a small dinner party, a backyard BBQ or arranging a full scale event up to 500 people, TLC Event Staffing can provide the staff for you. Our team members have the experience to help with all of your party needs.

How far in advance should I book staff for my event?

While, we are sometimes able to staff events on short notice, we encourage you to contact us at least two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of our wait staff. We are very busy certain times of the year, so to avoid inconvenience, please book in as soon as possible.

How many staff members should I hire?

The number of staff members you need is based on the duties that you would like for them to provide. A good guide is 1 server for every 60 guests if using disposable dishware, 1 server for every 40 guests if using real dishware. If we are managing your food and buffet you may require additional staff.  If you provide us with the details of your event we can guide you in the exact number of staff members needed for your event.

How much training does your staff have?

Our staff members have a minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry. We only hire people with strong referrals and recommendations.

 

Your Company provides insurance?

Yes, we have insurance and can provide General Liablity Insurance.
